TV weatherman Alex Hill, gave a talk on 'Weather and Climate - Past Present and Future'

Whether we like it or not climate change is happening. What has caused it and what can we expect from it in the future? Will Copenhagen lead the way out of this environmental crisis?
TV Weatherman Alex Hill is currently the Met Office Chief Advisor to Government for Scotland & Northern Ireland and previously Head of the London Weather Centre. Alex is a native Glaswegian who, after Strathclyde University, joined the Met Office in the early 1970s. He has held a variety of posts working amongst others as a forecaster at RAF Leuchars, Glasgow Weather Centre, Senior Forecaster London Weather Centre, and ITV National Weather.
